Rakkatak is a Toronto based, tabla soaked, beat induced, female fronted collective. It merges Indian rhythms with lustrous instrumental melodies and tasteful electronic soundscapes to present classical tabla compositions in a modern and innovative way. Rakkatak's Yoga Trax, music to accompany a moving yoga practice, have been developed through collaborating with yoga instructors.
